Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data is handled when you visit azuralabs.io (the “site”), why, and what choices you have. The site is a single information page with no accounts, forms, comments or advertising, so there is very little to describe.

1. Who we are

The site is operated by Kuma Labs Ltd (“Azura”, “we”, “us”), registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JE, company number 14697443 . We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can contact us at .

2. What happens when you visit

3. Data we handle and why

Hosting and security. When you load a page, Cloudflare processes technical request data, such as your IP address, the page requested, your browser type and the time, in order to deliver the site and protect it from attacks and abuse. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: keeping the site available and secure.

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate statistics about how the site is used, such as page views, where visitors arrive from, and page-load performance. Page addresses are recorded without query strings. According to Cloudflare’s documentation, this tool doesn’t use cookies or other browser storage, doesn’t collect personal data about visitors, doesn’t track individuals across websites, and keeps detailed measurements for about a week before they are aggregated. We use the results only to understand and improve the site. We don’t use them for advertising and we don’t use them to identify, profile or follow individual visitors. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, and you can switch analytics off at any time (see section 5).

Emails. The “Get in Touch” button opens your email app; nothing is sent to us until you send an email yourself. If you email us, we process your email address, any name you give, and the contents of your message so we can reply. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to enquiries or, if you are asking about a possible contract, taking steps at your request before entering one. We keep emails for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and keep a sensible record of it, then delete them.

We don’t sell personal data.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We don’t set any cookies ourselves. Cloudflare may set cookies in some circumstances, for example if its bot protection or a security challenge is triggered. Cloudflare describes these as strictly necessary for its security services. If you opt out of analytics, we save one small setting in your browser’s local storage so that we remember your choice. Apart from anything Cloudflare’s security features set, that is the only thing stored on your device. The analytics tool itself stores nothing on your device, according to Cloudflare’s documentation.

5. Your analytics choice

Analytics is on by default. You can switch it off for this browser here, and we also honour the Global Privacy Control signal if your browser sends one. If you switch it off, the analytics script no longer loads on our pages.

Switching analytics off takes effect from your next page view. Clearing your browser’s site data removes the saved choice, so you would need to opt out again.

6. Who we share data with

We use Cloudflare, Inc. as a service provider for hosting, security and analytics, and an email provider to run our mailbox. They process personal data on our behalf. Cloudflare operates a global network, so data may be processed outside the UK; where that happens we rely on the safeguards that UK data protection law requires. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

7. Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, including Kuma Labs, Pudgy Penguins and X. They have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and, where it applies, to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email us. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first, but you don’t have to contact us before complaining.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If we start using the site for anything that collects more data, such as forms or additional analytics, we’ll update this policy before we do.
